3D Printing

I started FDM 3D printing in high school. I mostly print smalll mechanical parts, and spent a lot of time playing with print settings to consistently get clearance, transition, and interference fits for tight assemblies.

Here are a few past projects:

Voronoi lamp with remote controlled LEDs.

Mechanical arm to hold things in place.

Soda can holder, multimaterial print.

Pin/Tumbler lock and door handle
very tight fits and tolerences

Collapsable leg, print in place linkage.
